Delegate Summers moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

“A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §16-1-8, relating to Alzheimer's disease; providing authority to the Commissioner for the Bureau for Public Health; requiring the Bureau for Public Health to partner with other entities; providing information concerning Alzheimer's disease; and providing information concerning other dementias.
